At Williams Towing, we are proud of our ability to provide towing services of all kinds. You can count on us to respond quickly no matter the time.
If your car was towed to our storage yard, you will need to attend in person with your government issued photo ID and proof of ownership to release your vehicle. If you are taking your vehicle, you will need to pay for the towing and storage before your car is released. If your insurance company is taking your car, you simply sign a release with us and your insurer will send a tow truck to pay the towing and storage and take your vehicle. All tow trucks picking up vehicles will need to provide a WSIB clearance certificate, otherwise a $75 tow out fee will apply.
You can get your belongings anytime by attending our storage yard upon presentation of your ID and proof of ownership. Regular hours to retrieve your belongings are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. If you attend outside of these hours, you will be charged a $60 after hours fee. If your vehicle was towed from the Tow Zone Pilot area (401 from Morningside to Leslie), you can also access your belongings free of charge on weekends from 9am - 12pm.
WSIB is a mandatory insurance for tow trucks in Ontario. This ensures that if you're tow truck driver gets hurt on our property, the driver has injury insurance. If your tow truck doesn't have WSIB, they will not be permitted to work on our property. We can tow the vehicle out of our pound for your tow truck for a $75 fee.
